Garden room with Outside/In bar

Our client wanted a garden room to complement her fabulous house renovation in the seaside town of North Berwick. 

When they approached us, a concrete base had already been installed by the building contractor and planning permission secured for a building similar to ours, however, the design returned an unachievable budget. Outside In was called in to find a more cost-effective yet still luxury Garden Room for entertaining and that we did. We worked closely with the client, and also the local planners (the approved plans were slightly different from ours so needed amending), to ensure we delivered what everyone was looking for without too much compromise.

Using engineering wizardry we installed a cantilevered bar to the front (for those all-important summer cocktail evenings) which is served by aluminium bi-fold windows and allows for easy passing of drinks to the hot tub users beyond! 

On the other side of the bar is a kitchen area with a bank of essential drinks fridges below the counter.

Blinds were spec'd within the glazed units to create privacy and control sunlight and, as they're between the glass, cleaning requirements will be minimal! 

Externally, the Millboard decking was beautifully shaped around the garden room and hot tub by Lachlan Imrie of Imrie Garden Solutions. A truly successful project and lovely summer spent building a stunning garden room in a seaside town.
