WE DID IT!
1208km in 6 days, driving Tuk Tuks across India, all for amazing causes!
Our journey began in Chennai on the east coast of India and took us on the craziest trip through cities, rural villages, and beachside roads, all driving our trusty Tuk Tuks (in our case, Hood 2 was our steed!).
Our days began with an 8am briefing from our fearless leader, Princely, who attempted to prepare us for the journey ahead each day! Could we even begin to be prepared? Not a chance!! His opening line to us was "in India, we don't drive on the left, we drive on what's left!"
We were launched quite literally into the mayhem that was Chennai's streets to reach Bangalore on day one, an utter baptism of fire! The main goal for the whole experience was to raise vital funds for women's and children's charities all across the region therefore we dropped in on schools along the way to deliver arts and crafts gifts.
Wherever we went along the way, we were treated like rockstars, petrol stations in particular seemed to be fascinated by us, insisting on photos wherever we stopped!
We were on the road during the Holi festival, so we were pulled over at a toll gate and covered in paint to mark the event!
For the final push from Bhatkal to Panaji, for some reason we opted for the Top Gun theme in Hood 2, the whole trip had been a festival of fun so why not finish on a slightly daft note! In the 35 degree heat, these suits didn't last long!
The end of the challenge was in Panaji, northern Goa at the Karma Hotel, where the staff formed the most incredible guard of honour with champagne and chequered flags to welcome us all home, an incredibly emotional time for us all.

The Hood 2 Crew with the amazing Princely at our post challenge reception to celebrate the most incredible adventure with awesome new friends from around the UK!
The event was organised by The Sistrhood who are planning various future trips, follow them here.
Good night lovely TukTuks!
We were joined along the way by the incredible Sam Teale, who documented the whole trip! Check out his website here.
As of today's date, we've raised almost £6,500 which will be added into the collective pot, a simply stunning sum, thank you to all who donated!
