What can you use your Garden room/Modular room for?

So... you have decided to take a leap of faith and purchase a garden room but have found yourself asking the question; just what can I use it for? Will it be a good investment and purchase for me? What if I never use it and it gathers dust?

Modular rooms would allow you to have accommodation for your staff on-site, so they do not need to travel. Each modular room is basically a miniature flat so there is a fully functional kitchen space, bedroom, living space and en-suite. Making them perfect places for your staff to stay.

This is a brilliant use for your modular room because it is a good way to bring in some extra income to your home whilst also putting your garden room to good use. It could become a successful business for you, so it is definitely something worth considering.

Extra space for your family

Another wonderful use for your modular room is an extra bedroom for your child who may have outgrown their old room, or just want some more space. It could also be great for a child who has come home after graduating university.
