Garden room to replace a garage, good idea

Our clients were in a conservation area in Glasgow with an old concrete garage that was never used. They were looking to make far better use of the space all year round; therefore, a garden room was the perfect solution. 

The old garage was removed, and the existing concrete was used to form the base for the room. The four-metre-wide doors at the front flood the space with natural light throughout the day, while the envelope-style window adds extra brightness and ventilation. A feature window on the side keeps the bird feeders in full view, making this a delightful and much more functional addition to the garden compared to the old leaky garage.

Finished landscaping around the garden room completes the transformation, creating a space that can be enjoyed all year round.
