When Mel took to the floor to chat about her meandering career path!

What a lovely time Wendy & Mel had at the recent Love Your Business networking event in Edinburgh's Black Ivy Hotel. 

Michelle Brown who also owns her own PR Agency, has been hosting her informal and relaxed events featuring inspirational guest speakers, once a month. Her speakers share their entrepreneurial stories and great business tips over coffee and biscuits in a gorgeous setting. 

Mel was asked to speak at the May event where she shared her story from studying graphic design then working as a florist in Australia through working in an Ad Agency to co-owning a Digital agency for 17 years before a complete career pivot in 2017 when Outside In was born! 

Both Mel and Wendy then shared insights into their experiences of running a business in a male dominated space and answered lots of questions from the floor around the challenges they face in the day to day.
