DUO Garden room with many uses for all the family

Our clients came to us some time ago to start chatting about a garden room project but when storm Aeoghan hit in early 2025, things had to move as an enormous tree had crashed through the garden (thankfully no one was hurt, the house took a bit of a beating but everyone was safe)!
They needed space for a multitude of purposes for the whole family. Firstly they were looking for somewhere to use as a painting studio so light was a big factor. Their studying son wanted a peaceful space to work on his typwriter (old school, fantastic!) whilst providing space to store all the garden tools etc. Following all these conversations, it was agreed that our DUO Max fitted the bill perfectly.
There was a substantial landscape project underway with the fabulous LCM Construction therefore we worked closely with their team to ensure the space, and finished floor levels etc were all in line with their designs. Once the clearance phase was complete, we were up next. 
At 4.8m wide x 3m deep, the building is divided internally into 3 spaces, garden room, internal store accessed from the room and garden store accessed externally.
The store is finished in a more functional way internally which makes sense as it's simply a tool space that'll get mucky easily.
We fitted UPVc glazing with blinds, set within all the panes to provide both privacy and light control. The blinds are inside the glass so there's no cleaning or hanging chords, they're simply controlled via a magnetic slider. 
Internally, to the back of the garden room (behind the store) is a small cupboard for painting supplies etc, to which we fitted a sliding door, to maximise space in the room.
Once we were finished, the team from LCM arrived to crack on with the landscaping all around the room which of course worked perfectly as we communicated closely before hand as to levels etc.
