DUET Garden Room

When we first met our lovely clients, their entire house was being completely renovated so it was a massive building site, total respect for holding their nerves to visualise the garden during the chaos! 

They had a fairly blank canvas garden that wasn't entirely suited to small children. The plan was to clear the site and the build was prepping a concrete foundation for the room. Once this was ready, in we came to build this beautiful DUET Garden Room. The Garden Room element is 3.6m wide x 3m deep which makes for a lovely family sitting room. To the side is a 2.4m wide covered area for outdoor entertaining alongside the new play area.

The room is flooded with light through the UPVc glazing and with two 2-seater sofas, the room can easily accommodate the family. To the side, the covered area is clad to the rear for added privacy and the composite decking creates a fantastic base for outdoor furniture.
